Self Build VAT Reclaim

Loucas are able to offer advice at the start of any self build project through to preparing and submitting the claim form itself.

We have built up a great deal of experience, having previously assisted many individuals in making their claims. With planning at the outset, it is possible to maximise the amount of VAT that can be reclaimed.

Any claim must be made within three months of the building being completed.  Only one claim can be made so it is essential that the reclaim form is completed correctly.

It is vital to retain all receipts for expenditure incurred, ensuring that they show the VAT number of the supplier as these will be required for any claim.
