Led by Managing Director Athos Louca, our leadership team brings decades of experience and a deep understanding of our clients' needs. Many of our senior team members have been with us for over 20 years, growing alongside the firm, while others have joined from large City firms to further their careers.

This combination of deep-rooted expertise, new insights, and unwavering dedication ensures we’re always focused on your success.

Athos Louca Managing Director

Athos has led Loucas since 2002, expanding the firm's reach while keeping a client-first philosophy. With over 30 years' experience, he’s known for practical, strategic advice that drives client growth. Outside work, he finds inspiration in the outdoors – running, hiking, skiing, and exploring the mountains.

James Haigh Client Manager

James has worked in accounting since 18, with over a decade at Loucas. An ACCA and AAT-qualified professional, he specialises in financial management, valuations, VAT, and more. Known for building strong client relationships, he’s a proud dad, Everton fan, and Glastonbury regular.

Daniel Sturman Client Manager

Dan is an AAT and ACCA-qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience. At Loucas for nearly a decade, he's valued for strong client relationships. Outside work, he enjoys family time, football, supporting his daughter's dancing, playing guitar, and trying new recipes.

Stuart Shaw Client Manager – Tax

Stuart is a Chartered Tax Adviser with 15 years at Loucas, helping individuals and businesses with tailored tax planning and compliance. Away from work, he enjoys trail running and travel, bringing a sense of adventure and detail to everything he does.

Richard Lake Client Manager – Audit

Richard is an ACCA-qualified accountant with over 15 years’ experience. As Audit Manager, he works closely with clients to build trust and deliver honest, straightforward advice. Outside work, he enjoys family life with his two boys, who keep him busy.

Claire Pearce Client Manager

Claire has spent 25 years at Loucas, growing her passion for accountancy and delivering exceptional service built on trust and collaboration. Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors, new experiences, and is planning her next adventure – a tandem skydive.

Sean Dunn Client Manager

Sean is a Chartered Certified Accountant with ACCA and AAT qualifications, experienced in financial reporting, taxation, and management accounting. A cricket and football fan, he also enjoys board games and escape rooms. He believes a well-rounded life boosts problem-solving and creativity.

Rebecca Morgan Audit Manager

Becky has over 24 years' accountancy experience and has been an ACCA member since 2005. At Loucas for more than 15 years, she leads our audit department across multiple sectors. Known for her hands-on approach, she values trusted relationships. Outside work, she enjoys fitness classes, family time, and walks with her dogs.
